【罕见】“无声之声”：随太空俯视地球景 The Sound of Silence

“Sharing the incomparable silent beauty of our planet with all our fellow travelers on this, our Spaceship Earth.”

Captured by astronauts Sergey Ryazanskiy, Paolo Nespoli, and Commander Randy Bresnik, the video features stunning footage of Earth and outer space from the International Space Station in low-earth orbit during the months of August through October in 2017.

2017年8月到10月期间，太空人 Sergey Ryazanskiy（俄罗斯）,  Paolo Nespoli（意大利）, 和他们的队长 Randy Bresnik（美国）自太空站为我们记载了他们眼见的【无声之声】，梦幻之境

伴随的歌曲是1964年英国作曲家演唱家Paul Simon的世界“里程碑级”的作品【无声之声】（The Sound of Silence）。这首歌由众多歌手演唱多种版本，也有各种乐器演奏版本

后面的视频是2003年Simon and Garfunkel在“格莱美奖”会场上的演唱，全场同仁起立鼓掌致意，极为罕见。近50年后，2011年，他们的演唱依旧得到歌迷的热情掌声

关于 Simon 与 Garfunkel

Paul simon was once asked,”You write most of the music and most of the lyrics, why don’t you go out on your own?” Basically saying why don’t you get rid of Art Garfunkel. Pauls response was simple,”Because when Art and I sing together the songs sound exactly like they do in my head, without Art the songs just don’t sound the same.” Well said Paul, well said !?

曾经有人问 Paul Simon “多数歌词和音乐都是你个人作品，为何不‘抛弃 Art Garfunkel’（潜意词）？”，Paul Simon 这样回答：“因为我们俩合唱时，我听到的完全是我脑海里的那个声音。没有他（Art Garfunkel），歌曲就没有那个音乐效果了 🙂
